Employment Training - Employment Rights Act - Session 1

This session will give you a view in relation to the changes for unfair dismissal including the reduction of unfair dismissal service. It will also give you views in relation to the changes to the Employment Tribunal time limits and procedures.

This session will give you an overview in relation to the law and implications in relation to day to day working practices for you. It should also help you update your practices and procedures before these changes come into place and how to implement them on a contractual basis.

This practical session is suitable for both those who work in HR and line managers.
