The program is aimed at helping to understand the problems that newly arrived immigrants face in finding a job. Development of career strategies and opportunities, as well as qualification requirements, to be considered in order to integrate seamlessly into society and gain Canadian experience in the labor market. Assistance in finding employment opportunities in the field of human/social/community services by connecting the candidate with a potential employer. Networking and mentoring opportunities.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Moving to a new country in many ways requires an applicant to start over, and there are strategies that need to be put in place to increase the chances of career success in Ontario.
Often, new immigrants have a long and hard time to gain a foothold in their chosen profession. However, there are steps you need to take to find meaningful work that matches experience and builds career success.
It is necessary to start planning a career in a new society by researching the context of the field and profession, or having an understanding of the ways of retraining.
The result will be achieved through:
1. Conducting trainings for the development of thinking, preparing newcomers for the challenges that exist in the labor market and the steps to be taken to get the job of their dreams.
2. Overview of the labor market, recruitment culture, legal aspects of employment, employer-employee relations.
3. Career coaching.
4. Informational interview as a way to get advice and information from people who are leaders or experts working in areas of interest to the candidate.
5. Meetings with potential employers. Internship at the enterprise. Volunteering as a way to gain Canadian work experience
