About this Event
Regulation through Movement!
Join us for an engaging information session about our brand new program CounterPunch™.
A 20 to 24-week results-based program that utilises a mix of performance psychology, sports science and boxing. The program teaches people (particularly teenagers) practical tools to both understand and effectively master the life skills needed to manage emotions such as stress, anxiety, anger, depression in a fun, interactive, and engaging environment.
Perfect for Neurodiverse learning styles, we will reveal and break down advanced strategies invented by award-winning leaders in the fields of performance psychology, exercise science, health and nutrition, and communication.
Come and chat to the programs founder, clinical psychologist, world champion kickboxer & author Mercedas Taaffe-Cooper on strategies she has adapted and why this program is so transformative
CounterPunch has been featured in the 730 show on ABC TV, Channel 9, The Sunday Territorian, YouthWise magazine and validated its methodology through the Menzies School of Health Research find out more about Counterpunch here:
