Emily Cuddeford in Conversation with Cheryl Cohen at The Cookbook Shop
About this Event
Emily Cuddeford, formerly of Twelve Triangles bakery and co-author of Kitchen Table, her debut cookbook celebrating the producers she has worked with over the last decade, is building a new career at 38—publicly, one Substack post at a time. She's building a bakery school, studio, and stoneground mill at her home in the Scottish Borders. Here, she'll focus on how food is made and take control of what goes into her bread, who grows the ingredients, and how they treat the land.
Joining her in conversation is Cheryl Cohen—Queen of Markets, according to the Evening Standard—who spent over 20 years running London's farmers' markets, working directly with farmers and small producers. She writes weekly on Substack and has written for Good Food.
Together, they'll explore Emily's next steps in the baking world, why directly supporting small farms and independent businesses matters, and the difference it makes when we do.
Plus, they're bringing samples!
