Emergency First Aid: CPR & Defibrillator Training

Would you know what to do if someone collapsed in front of you?
Join Helena & Ian from Life Saving Training for a practical, hands-on session designed to give you the confidence to act in an emergency. Over two hours, you'll learn essential life-saving skills including:
✅ CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
✅ How to use a defibrillator (AED)
✅ What to do in the critical minutes before emergency services arrive
✅ Simple skills that could help save a life
This session is suitable for everyone, with no previous experience required.
Cost: £10 donation - a link to dontate will be sent to you on registration.
All proceeds will go directly to North of Tyne Mountain Rescue Team.
