Would you know what to do if someone collapsed in front of you?

Join Helena & Ian from Life Saving Training for a practical, hands-on session designed to give you the confidence to act in an emergency. Over two hours, you'll learn essential life-saving skills including:

✅ CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
✅ How to use a defibrillator (AED)
✅ What to do in the critical minutes before emergency services arrive
✅ Simple skills that could help save a life

This session is suitable for everyone, with no previous experience required.

Cost: £10 donation - a link to dontate will be sent to you on registration.
All proceeds will go directly to North of Tyne Mountain Rescue Team.

Helena and Ian are volunteer members of the team and are generously donating their time and expertise free of charge. Mountain Rescue provides a vital emergency service across our region, so your £10 donation supports an incredible cause.
