Embracing Black, Conscious Healing Together: A Healing & Self-Advocacy Conference for Black Women

The Inaugural Embracing Black, Conscious Healing Together Day Conference is a sacred space created for Black women to consciously explore, reclaim, and nurture their healing journeys and internal power. Healing is the revealing of Truth! This conference centers the unique experiences of Black women while offering culturally grounded tools for self-advocacy, resilience, and an emphasis on holistic wellness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Guided by themes such as The Art of Rest, Healing Through Grief and Loss, Mindfulness Practices to Honor Our Hearts, and The Power of Healthy Relationships, the event invites participants to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their internal spirit and one another. Sessions will also focus on Dispelling Limited Beliefs and Negative Self-Talk, Timely Celebrations of Our Blackness, and strategies for Preventative Health and Navigating Complicated Healthcare Systems.

Through interactive workshops, community dialogue, a dynamic panel of empowered women who have also been patients, and restorative practices, attendees will walk away with tangible tools to care for their minds, bodies, and spirits—while embracing the power, beauty, and brilliance of being unapologetically Black and Whole.
