What to Expect:
- Ajna Light Therapy: Harness the power of specific light frequencies to clear mental fog, restore emotional balance, and boost vitality.
- Self-Reiki Healing: Release stress and promote inner peace through a group Reiki session designed for deep relaxation.
- Healing Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls , Gongs , and other sacred instruments to facilitate emotional healing and relaxation.
