Embrace Sound Bath

Reconnect and recharge with us at Vibes Lifestyle of Bedford! Join us for a soothing sound bath that will aid in the release and reset of your energy. During the session, you will lie down comfortably as the sounds wash over you, quieting the mind and promoting healing from the inside out.

This is a one hour session. We have a limited number of yoga mats for use, so please bring yours if you have one along with a pillow or two, blanket, and eye mask - anything you need to feel cozy. Wear comfortable clothes and kick off your shoes - all you have to do is be open to receive the good vibes!

$35 per person or $25 per person for Vibes Lifestyle Members.
