Believe it or not, the body tells a story. This session is an invitation for you to reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, healing, and truth. Through guided reflection, breathing, and embodied awareness practices, participants will explore how stress, joy, resilience, and lived experiences are held in the body—and how to listen with compassion rather than judgment. Participants will leave with practical tools to better recognize bodily cues, release tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of grounding and self-connection in everyday life.
