BioSpiritual Focusing is an experiential, body-centered practice of inner awareness that involves noticing, being with the felt sense and nurturing what comes next. BSF offers a way to tap into your inner wisdom and open yourself to the possibility of spiritual transformation. This experiential retreat offers a basic understanding of BSF and introduces the art of companioning others through this embodied practice. Participants will focus on developing BSF as a personal spiritual practice. This retreat is also open to therapists, behavioral health specialists and teachers, who may find this practice helpful.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Kami Pohl is a spiritual director and contemplative who serves as an adjunct director at the Benedictine Center of St. Paul’s Monastery, specializing in deep listening and facilitating personal spiritual growth. She received her training as a spiritual director from the Franciscan Spirituality Center and advanced training in BioSpiritual Focusing from the BioSpiritual Institute. Kami has a master’s degree in human resource development from the University of Minnesota and diverse professional experience, including roles as director of community engagement at a church, classroom teacher and organizational development consultant.
Jeff Dols serves as one of the oblate co-directors at St. Paul’s Monastery in Minnesota. Jeff has experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. At St. Paul’s Monastery, he has served as director of mission advancement and interim director of the Benedictine Center. He also previously served as director of the Franciscan Spirituality Center. Jeff has a bachelor's degree in economics and a master’s degree in servant leadership from Viterbo University.
