Day Workshop for WomenFacilitated by Agata Krajewska
Assisted by Rooh Star
This is a transformational workshop, inspired by the wisdom of Internal Family Systems, Embodied Awakening, Constellations, Fooling, Somatics and Movement, offering a unique, immersive experience.
This day is an invitation to dive deep and meet the many parts of yourself with curiosity, compassion, and playfulness. Through embodied exploration, we will develop a healthy internal system, supporting your sovereignty as the inner leader, your Self.
*Become familiar with a Self and parts model in your lived, embodied experience
* Explore and embrace the parts of you related to difficulties in your life
* Engage in practices that develop Self-leadership, dis-identification and embodied presence
* Gain tools for daily support, self-healing and trauma integration
* Experience the magic of playful exploration
We will engage with movement, witnessing, sculpting and constellating of parts, self-parenting, somatic meditation, play, embodiment, inquiry, improvisation, sharing and reflection.
Some degree of familiarity with revealing your inner life through embodied expression is recommended for this day.
The group is small to allow for individual attention.
