Embodied Groove® Movement Class

Welcome to the Embodied Groove® Movement Class happening at Ashkenaz Music & Dance Community Center! Join us for a fun and energizing movement class designed to help you connect with your body and groove to the music. This movement class is a great way to let loose, move your body, and release stress and tension. No experience necessary - just bring your willingness to be led through a somatic exploration that will leave you feeling better than when you walked in. See you on the dance floor!
