This Solstice celebration dance is a carefully curated soundscape to guide you into your own listening, feel what is present within you and embody your heart.
This evening workshop offers you practical tools to connect with the wisdom of your different bodies; Physical, Emotional, Energetic and Mental, as well as your feelings; Joy, Fear, Anger and Sadness.
Allowing you to develop more embodied awareness, relate with greater clarity and more authentic expression. Embody the language of your heart in this potent solstice time with community by your side.
No experience necessary. Open to anyone curious about embodied practice, authentic connection, and personal development.
This workshop is a taster and introduction to our deeper 𝟒-𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒊𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 - 𝑬𝒎𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒅 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒄𝒚 coming up start of July. It can be experienced as a stand alone workshop or if you feel called you are welcome to sign up and join us over the weekend to explore these practices further.

This workshop is delivered by Sybille Biedert & Jason Horton, devoted community weavers passionate to hold space for personal and collective transformation.
With decades of experience in the movement world - being an accredited ‘Open Floor’ Movement teacher since 2015 and the creator of the ‘Embodied Freedom Movement Practise’, Sybille's events focus on emotional literacy and embodiment, guiding participants towards deeper self-awareness.
She also holds extensive training in shadow work, a decade of delivering multi day retreats, workshops, festivals, youth events, as well as over 20 years experience of living in one of New Zealand's oldest intentional communities.
