About this Event

This monthly circle is for people wanting to dive deeper and learn more about themselves in a safe and loving way. It's for those who have journeyed with a transcendent style breathwork pattern before.

Through the power of the breath, sound and energy we find an opening within us and can follow this natural feeling and healing process. When we can find the courage and capcity to be with sensations, emotions, feelings and parts of us, we can process repressed and supressed energy and find completion and lasting healing.

We feel lighter, free, clearer, magnetic, grounded, grateful, receptive, loving and safe.

You will be guided through a connected/ circular breathwork pattern, receive energy work, intuitive messages, sound healing with the voice and crystal singing bowls and are given ample time for integration and an action plan moving forward for further nurturing and integration.

Citadel (Larissa) has been facilitating these healing spaces for a decade all over the world, as well and guiding people through healing their voice and expression in one on one sessions, grups and events.

She is a trained breathwork facilitator, sound healer, Reiki Master and Isis Secheim practictioner. She also works with an energy method she has developed herself called The Citadel Method.

MEDICINE CIRCLE

When: Friday May 1
6pm - 7:30/8pm

Where: Hottter Studios, Ocean Shores

Doors: Doors open at 5:50pm for you to get settled.

Bring: A yoga mat, cushion/ bolster, journal, blanket (optional), eye mask (optional).

Wear comfy clothes.

Parking is available in the carpark out the front.

There are some contraindications due to increased blood pressure, heart rate, and emotional intensity of this practice.

Major contraindications include cardiovascular disease, severe hypertension, epilepsy, pregnancy, history of aneurysm, severe psychiatric conditions (bipolar/schizophrenia), recent surgery, or acute respiratory infections.
