Embodied Flow Yoga with Melissa

Ready to tap into your body's inner healing wisdom? Join us in person for a gently heated Embodied Flow Yoga with Melissa on Monday evenings from 6 - 7 PM at a beautiful private studio. This class is all about connecting breath, movement, and heart to find energetic and emotional release in a sacred container especially designed for healing. Whether you're a yoga instructor, therapist, or are holding space for others in your life, you desereve a place and a time for YOU to reset and recharge. Melissa’s background as a trauma therapist and experienced yoga instructor means you'll be safely supported in your flow. Bring your mat; comfy props are provided for a longer healing savasana and sound healing journey! This class is for female-identifying students only.

Notes on location: The yoga studio is hosted by Masque by Mask Skincare, located in the Whole Foods plaza (to the right of Whole Foods), and next door to Samana Float Tank. The studio entrance is to the left of the main Masque by Mask Skincare door. Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes early to set up and settle in. There is a bathroom but no lockers or showers.
