Join me for an in-person candlelit slow flow & restore practice on Thursday, July 16th at 6 pm here in Evergreen.
We'll move slowly and soulfully, melting into restorative poses and wrapping up with savasana and meditation.
And as always, I’ll be spending a whole lot of time aligning sequence and music so you have some good beats to move to.
Practice will be about 75 minutes.
This class will be held in a beautiful restored chapel on a private property near Three Sisters. Address and any instructions will be sent out a couple days prior for those who registered.
And just bring yourself (please, please carpool if you can since we are on some beautiful mountain land), your mat and maybe a big mug of tea.
Bring your own mat and any other props you might want - blocks, blanket, etc. Bring water or tea if you'd like to have it with you. I'd lean toward a layered, warm, cozier vibe clothing-wise though we will definitely get moving and likely sweating a bit.
Wear shoes that can get muddy depending on what's happening weather-wise.
