Trailside Strength & Flow
About this Event
Trailside Strength and Flow is a 30 minute strength training workout followed by a 20 minute complementary yoga flow. Offered Tuesdays at 11am and Thursdays at 12:30pm starting the second week of June on June 11th! Your first class is free. All skill levels are welcome as modifications and progressions will be provided.
- You will need: a mat and water.

***To get there: Turn off of Evergreen Parkway onto the road where the sign says "Dedisse Park", follow the road all the way to where it ends at the parking lot. A sign or a person will guide you the rest of the beautiful way. (map in photos)
