Join us for a powerful men's event themed around the season of winter, focusing on strengthening our foundations of inner knowing. Through the reflections of other men and introspection, men will leave this space more deeply connected to who they are and energetically refreshed and inspired on life.

No experience or equipment required—just bring yourself and a water bottle.

Facilitated by Vern Petty and Zach Koop.

Vern is a professional counsellor, accredited coach, and trained men's work facilitator. He created Expansive Man as a place for men to connect together to the path of self actualization, and building living lives of peace, purpose, and passion.

Zac is a Holistic Energy Medicine practitioner Alignment Coach - He will bring a unique blend of internal arts to support men in connecting to their internal landscape in the present season, deepening into our root, and foundation.
