Come join us for a rejuvenating experience where dance is not just about movement, but also about healing, pleasure and wellness. Let loose, connect with your body, your community and let the music guide you to a place of inner peace, playfulness & joy.

Here's how the evening will breakdown:

• 8:00pm - Arrive and get settled in
• 8:15pm - Opening ceremony, setting of intentions, meditation, conscious movement
• 8:30pm - DJ Set (let loose and dance!)
• 9:45pm - - Closing meditation & soundbath
• 10:00pm - Event ends
  

How to get there:

Once you arrive at 2111 Main St, Vancouver, you'll see the old Motor City Hotel now converted into artist studios (City Centre Artist Lodge) .. walk into the complex and head to the northern most part of the hotel parking lot (facing the mountains).

Look for Unit 27 (The Well) located downstairs at the northern most part of the hotel complex (follow the signs and the music). There is also a video link attached where you can watch how to get to Unit 27 once you've arrived at City Centre Artist Lodge.

What to bring:

• Water bottle🥤 (water will be available of course but cups are limited so it's easier to bring your own vessel)
• Yoga mat/blanket🧘‍♀️ (optional, for meditation/soundbath at the end)
• Journal ✍️(optional, really nice to have at the end of the night to write down your thoughts, feelings and ideas from the evening)

Alessandra Felice: Alessandra is an alchemist healer using the magic of embodiment to harness the power and truth within oneself. She creates spaces of safety in the vessel to allow expansion of freedom within the soul. Bringing deeper connection into the body which grounds us into our presence. She is your spiritual cheerleader, seeing the fullest potential of your being. Knowing how far your creativity will take you, she is the support system you need to celebrate all that you are and all that you are becoming. Tuning into the energy of your magic and feel into your expansion!

Chris Noble: Chris is a musician, DJ and workshop facilitator who’s deeply passionate about the power of music, sound and ancient healing practices such as breathwork and meditation. Chris’ mission is to help people feel more confident, connected, and safe in their own body through the modalities of dance, healing music, breathwork and workshops that help you tap into your full potential.
