A class built for nervous system regulation and self exploration, our monthly Embodied Energy is a somatic, intuitive, trauma-sensitive based approach to yoga. We will move through practice slowly and intentionally, pausing for moments of deeper body awareness and mindfulness, focusing less on external alignment and more on attention to inner cues and sensation.
Class is accessible to all, and extra sensitive to those healing from trauma.
Offered in-studio and virtually on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, 7-8pm
