This class offers a safe and supportive space for you to connect with your body, your baby, and your breath as you navigate the transformative journey of pregnancy.
In this class, we focus on:
Gentle Movement: We will guide you through a series of modified yoga poses and stretches that are safe and beneficial during pregnancy. These movements help alleviate common discomforts such as back pain, fatigue, and swelling, while promoting overall flexibility and strength.
Breathwork and Relaxation: Learn and practice deep breathing techniques to help you manage stress, enhance relaxation, and prepare for labor. Our guided relaxation exercises will also support mental clarity and emotional balance.
Pelvic Floor Awareness: Specialized exercises will help you strengthen and prepare your pelvic floor muscles, which play a crucial role during childbirth and recovery.
Connection and Support: Enjoy the opportunity to connect with other expecting mothers, share experiences, and build a supportive community. Each class fosters a positive and empowering environment where you can feel supported throughout your pregnancy journey.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. Optional props like a bolster or blanket can be useful for added comfort.
