Embodied Empowerment Workshop
Most of us were never taught how to hold our own power. We caught glimpses of it and then contracted, dimmed, made ourselves smaller to fit the spaces we were handed. This workshop is an unlearning of that.
Through somatic experiencing, shamanic drum journeying, and reflective writing and sharing, Christine Marie and Charley Zheng will guide you into a deeper discovery of your own power and help you build the capacity to actually hold it. To carry it home. To let it change the way you move through your everyday life.
You will be moved. You will be witnessed. You will leave with more of yourself than you walked in with. To keep the intimacy of the group, there are only 8 spots available and can be reserved by signing up ahead of time or at a first-come, first-serve basis.

About the Facilitators:
Christine Marie
Christine Marie is a Medicine Weaver, ceremonialist, author, and founder of the Earth & Energy Medicine School, a training ground for healers ready to stop suppressing their gifts and step fully into the medicine they were born with. At the age of nine, Christine Marie had a near-death experience that would become her first initiation, a threshold crossing that opened her, irrevocably, to the invisible world and the medicine it carries. Years later, she walked the halls of conventional healthcare as a registered nurse, carrying deep intuitive knowings inside systems that had no container for it. That tension became its own initiation. She walked through the doorway it opened, and never looked back. Today, she weaves earth-based and energy medicine, somatic wisdom, plant medicine, and ancestral lineage work into a practice that is as rooted as it is expansive, one that honors the body as sacred ground and the earth as our oldest teacher. She co-stewards Dvâra Sanctuary in Portland, Oregon and trains the next generation of healing practitioners through her signature 8-Step Earth and Energy Medicine Method™.

Charley Zheng is an intuitive and somatic practitioner with roots in the corporate world. With over a decade of experience in marketing and brand consulting, Charley developed core skills in listening closely, identifying patterns, and making meaning from complex information. She now uses these strengths to help people better understand themselves and navigate life with greater clarity. Her approach bridges the practical and the mystical, helping clients make sense of their inner landscape with a grounded perspective. Known for her integrity, approachability, and playful presence, Charley creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
