About the Training
Level 1 is a grounded dive into your own breath — a weekend designed to deepen personal practice while introducing the foundations of facilitation.
You’ll explore Conscious Connected Breathing, learn how breath influences the nervous system, and begin to practice the art of space-holding in a safe, supportive setting.
This weekend blends theory, practice, and mentorship — the perfect first step for anyone curious about breathwork, coaching, yoga, somatics, or simply learning more about themselves through the breath.
