Embodied Aliveness: Opening the Hips & Reclaiming Your Energy

Many of us carry stress and suppressed emotion in the hips and pelvis. Over time this creates tension, numbness, low vitality, and a subtle sense of disconnection from ourselves and the ground beneath us.

This 90-minute workshop is designed to gently unlock that.

Through powerful hip-opening work, grounding movement practices, bioenergetic activation, and embodied awareness, we’ll open the body in a safe and structured way — allowing stored tension to move and natural aliveness to return.

We’ll finish with a deep embodied meditation to integrate the work, calm the nervous system, and bring you into a grounded, centred state.
