✨ What if the tension in your body isn’t something to fix… but something to listen to?
Most of us carry stress in our bodies without even realising it through our posture, breath, movement patterns and deep fascial holding. Over time, this can affect how we move, feel and connect with ourselves.
This workshop is an invitation to gently unwind those patterns and return to a state of natural flow.

A guided journey through myofascial release, movement, breath and sound designed to support deep release and nervous system regulation.
✨ Part 1 – Embodied Movement (Jessica Lai)
The Holistic Dance Physio
An introduction to her Embodied Transformation Method:

• Restore natural alignment and mobility patterns
