Embodied: A Journey into Self with Cacao, Breath, & Sound

Journey into your Self with cacao, breathwork, and sound healing.

This journey begins with a sacred cacao ceremony to experience new levels of embodiment and expansion. Cacao is a gentle heart-opening ceremonial beverage.

We will then move into our connection to the Breath of All Life. Breathwork allows your subconscious mind to clear energetic distortions, raise your consciousness, and open your heart to the wisdom within. It offers a portal to an altered state of consciousness that can deepen spiritual connection and lead to powerful breakthroughs. You will have to option for hands-on intuitive energy healing, or you may opt-out.

We will then flow into a sound bath journey where the vibrations and frequencies of sound will continue to move blocked energy and enable you to drop into a state of deep relaxation.

We will conclude with an integration circle to share the truth of your heart and your experience.

This retreat will be guided by Tiffany Jade at the Blue Lotus Temple (a private residence in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa). The address will be provided at the bottom of the confirmation email (please scroll all the way to the bottom of the email to the Custom Notes section).

Please bring a yoga mat, a journal and pen, and anything to support your comfort (sweater, socks, blanket). There will be an abundance of floor cushions for seating, as well as some chairs if needed. Yoga mats will be available to borrow if you don't have one.

Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before the session.
