We have the incredible Elly Ashley joining us at the Kpole Solihull Studio on the 26th July for 3 awesome workshops! We can't wait to see you all level up your pole!
11am- 12.30pm Fonji Fundamentals
Pre-Reqs: Strong shoulder mount
Designed for those at the first stages of their Fonji journey. We will break down a Fonji into 3 sections; then consider the bio-mechanics and practice coordination exercises for each section, before linking it all together. You'll leave understanding a Fonji inside out, and knowing exactly what you need to work on it to strengthen and improve it, even without a spot.
12:45pm-2:15pm Power Spin Your Heart Out
Pre-Reqs: Rev Grab. Aerial Invert. Ayesha.
Breaking down the fundamentals of flight. In this workshop, we'll look at different power spins & phoenixes, studying the different kinds of momentum generation and continuation. You will leave armed with a heightened understanding of power spin physics.
2:45pm-4:15pm Can You Flip It?
Pre-Reqs: Strong Invert & Leg Hangs. Shoulder Mount.
All things flips! This workshop can be tailored to intro level for those with less dynamics experience, or dialled up to crazy for those already well versed. We will look at a range of dynamic dismounts and flips, study the mechanism of why they work and break them down into conditioning exercises you can work on without a spot!
Each workshop is 90 minutes long
Member Price: £42.50 or £37.50 per workshop if booking multiple
Non-Member Price: £45 or £40 per workshop if booking multiple
Booking opens Sunday 3rd May at 10am for KPole Members and will go on General Sale on Monday 4th May at 10am.
