The Elevating Leadership Masterclass is an immersive leadership experience for women in aviation.
Over 2.5 focused days, participants deepen how they practice leadership – strengthening communication, influence, and decision-making in the moments that matter most.
Using a coaching-informed leadership approach, participants engage in guided learning, real conversation practice, and peer exchange, leaving with greater clarity and confidence in how they lead.
Unlike conferences or traditional leadership training, this Masterclass focuses on practicing the conversations and decisions aviation leaders navigate every day.
