Elevate Your Flow: Yoga at Catalyst Belmont Shore!

Come join us for a rejuvenating 60-minute non-heated Vinyasa yoga at Catalyst Cannabis Dispensary Long Beach Belmont Shore.

This heart-centered flow will focus on the Heart Chakra—opening to love, self-acceptance, and new possibilities. All levels of experience are welcome, and the class is completely free as part of Catalyst Cares' community wellness series.

• Please bring a yoga mat.
• Catalyst towels and water will be provided.
• Each attendee will receive a special goodie bag as a thank you.
• Select wellness brands will be onsite offering educational experiences.
• A Henna Tattoo Artist will also be on-site.

Choose a yoga session (No repeats for the second session)

• Session 1: 10 A.M. to 11 A.M.
• Session 2: 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.
