Some of you may remember this class back when I first bought the store. We haven't done one in a while and a lot of people have asked me to bring back this format. In this class I will teach you how to identify the "Elements" of wine, how to taste them and show you examples of wines that show these elements. This really is an amazing class that will appeal to the novice wine drinker just getting into wine as well as the experienced wine drinker wanting to get more understanding of what they drink.
