Elements of Tantra: Exploring Sexual Energy & Deep Connection w/Abhi

Do you feel ready to take life to the next level and experience phenomenal love, joy and pleasure? Everybody wants to feel masterful when it comes to being a great lover but let's face it - most of us never got the sex-ed we truly needed. Fortunately Abhi's quest for sexual healing and passion for making love even more beautiful led him down a rabbit hole of Tantra & Sexual Qi Gong (Taoism).

Elements of Tantra is a combination of Tantric and Taoist exercises that include breathwork, Qi Gong and conscious consensual touch. It’s a monthly recurring workshop that has the same overarching structure to introduce a bite sized chunk of Tantra Yoga. But Tantra is so vast and has so many subtleties that we have a different theme every month that introduces a new concept and yet the foundation and the essence is always a part of every workshop.

This month, we will explore Harnessing the power of Masculine and Feminine Polarities through breathwork, movement and optionally partner based exercises if you feel called to make a conscious connection with other participants.

This event is inclusive and open to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship preferences. All exercises can be done independently or paired up. Consent and boundaries are honored and respected throughout the event.

Facilitator Bio

Abhi Veldurthy has been practicing sacred sexuality since 2016 when he first attended a 10 day workshop with Mantak Chia on Sexual Qigong and ever since has been deeply passionate about the practice of love as an energy. Abhi discovered that love as an emotion is limited and can be draining, however love as an energy is non-depleting and through various tantric practices it's possible to create extra ordinary healing and amazing relationships. Over these last few years he got certified as a Transformational Trainer at Gratitude Training, spent multiple year practicing Hunyuan Tai Chi under Malcolm Dean and worked with several other teachers to create his unique blend and craft.

He has been a public speaker and a comedian in the past and has been facilitating events for many years. He started TantraSF to create more awareness about Tantra and to empower people to understand that sex is just a tiny past of what intimacy is. And he is dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve a deeper sense of intimacy, inner peace and balance through the power of presence and love. Through his teachings, Abhi aims to empower others to tap into their own inner wisdom and live a more fulfilling life.
