A journey with sound through time and space… a journey to meet your inner universe through deep listening and relaxation.
Icelandic Energy Healer Jósa Goodlife will guide you on to a meeting with the elements: water, fire, air, and earth, as you perceive them within your own elemental body.
We all are made of the same basic ingredients, deeply connected to Mother Earth and with one other. Even though our internal landscape takes form through different external expression, we are and will always be deeply connected through these four natural elements, revealing themselves through our whole being; our baseline, as we deeply let go and be present with our receiving.
In this one hour Elemental Sound Bath, you are given the permission to explore your relationship to these elements. To observe how water flows through you, to connect your inner power within the fire element, to listen carefully to sound moving through air, and to ground your bones firmly into the earth, as you let go of any burden you might carry in your daily life.
You are invited to connect and to let go of the outer, as you find deep nourishment vibrate within the cells of your own body and to explore the space of your own elemental reality.
Jósa uses drums, rattles and singing bowls in her work, as she guides you verbally on this magical journey. Supported by her soothing voice and natural background sounds, you will be left relaxed and renewed from this healing experience.

Jósa Goodlife works as an Energy Healer, Empowerment Coach, Yoga Teacher and an Artist.
Just relocated in Alameda CA, Jósa has been living in Brooklyn, NY the last seven years, with her roots originally from Iceland where she still has a deep connection and frequently visits.
In her work, Jósa serves her clients with Access Bars® sessions, Akashic Records readings, Yoga, Reiki and other healing Body Processes. She uses the tools of Access Consciousness® in her sessions along with her guided intuition.
Everyday miracles, magic and the joy of living are Jósa’s favorite places to be - as well as having tons of fun through artistic creations and playing with her four legged wonder, Dottie Moon the dog.
