We are coming together for a day of practice with a focus on meditating in nature, immersing in the elements. Any retreat is about giving ourselves a break from the usual demands, pressures and necessary activities of our everyday lives. The land at O’Shea's Acres will provide the added bonus of using this precious time as an opportunity to encounter the elements as our teachers, through a profound and healing awareness practice that is rooted in the Buddha’s teaching. The land will also provide space to explore walking meditation as a practice that beautifully complements sitting meditation.
Please bring food for a ‘bring and share’ lunch.
