Align & Heal – One Day Retreat Take time to nourish yourself with a beautiful day of self-love, inner healing, and energetic rebalancing. This one-day retreat offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and restore through guided meditation, breathwork, and healing practices designed to support mind, body, and soul.

The retreat will be facilitated by Sinéad White — Life Coach, Intuitive Energy Healer, QHHT Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Mind Coach.
Sinéad has been facilitating workshops for over 7 years and working in the healing field for more than 20 years.
Please note that places are limited, and Sinéad’s previous workshops have sold out in advance, so early booking is advised.
