DJ-led ecstatic dance • Movement meditation • Closing circle. All ages, all bodies.

Whether you’re brand new to ecstatic dance or a longtime mover — you belong here. 🌟

Your night is guided by Kálu, a 10-year ecstatic dance veteran— known for playful, diverse, heart-opening and body-moving musical journeys that move through grounding, release, joy, sweat, softness, and collective energy. 💃🌀

No choreography.
No right way to dance.
Just your body, your rhythm, your breath.

🕖 7:30 PM — Opening Circle
• Drop into your body, out of your head, and into community
(On-time arrival encouraged, late arrival always welcome)

💃 7:35–8:50 PM — Ecstatic Dance Journey
An expressive, DJ-led movement experience

🤍 8:50 PM — Closing Circle
Ground, integrate, and land together

• Yoga mat (optional — for stretching or grounding)
• Comfortable clothes you can move & sweat in

• This is a sober, substance-free space
• This is a consent-centered dance floor — everyone honors boundaries
• No talking on the dance floor during the journey (connection happens before & after)
• You’re welcome to dance big, dance small, rest, stretch, or sit anytime
• Shoes off
• Phones off and out of sightgh to support presence & safety
• You never have to dance with anyone — your autonomy is always respected
• Late arrival is welcome, though on-time arrival is encouraged for the opening circle
