Healing Touch for Family and Clients

Healing touch is effective at alleviating physical pain, calming the nervous system, and re-establishing trust.

Whether you are a healthcare practitioner (doctor, nurse, caregiver, etc.), caring for friends and family, or overcoming trauma yourself - this workshop will teach you the Fundamentals that transform everyday touch into Healing Touch.

People experiencing Healing Touch, often:

• Feel more connected and loved (reducing anxiety and depression)
• Feel safer in their body (increasing confidence)

Meet Your Facilitator

Laura is a Polarity Therapist, using healing touch to support people with chronic pain and emotional trauma since 2020. She is an APTA certified Polarity Therapist, Reiki certified, and holds a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering. Her clients include therapists, doctors, trauma survivors, highly sensitive people, cancer and chronic pain patients.

• Role-playing and hands-on practice opportunities

• Guided exercises to create a safe connection before offering touch
• Practice responding to consent that may be verbal or physical
