In this experience, through guided practices, you will explore:

🔹 Your desires as they are: without judgment or shame
🔹 The direct route of pleasure
🔹 Your yes, your no, and your maybe; in real time, in the body
🔹 How to ask for what you truly want, with clarity and ease
🔹 How to hold your boundaries without guilt or explanation

We will work with breath, somatic practices and the Wheel of Consent; at your own pace.
