What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where there are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong. The music guides the experience while participants are invited to move authentically, express freely, and connect deeply with themselves and the collective energy of the room.

EIR is the musical creation of Alexandra Freyer—vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, DJ, songwriter, and producer.
Drawing from a foundation in classical operatic voice, piano, theater, dance, meditation, yoga, herbalism, and vocal activation, EIR creates transformative musical journeys that bridge the mystical and the physical.
