Eight-Legged Friends

Join the Interpretive Program as we explore Police Point Park looking for our eight-legged friends, spiders! Each participant will be able to use one of our handheld field microscopes, and a magnifying glass. This will help us get up close to our little friends without disturbing them too much. We will do our very best to identify each spider we come across while learning fun facts about them. We will also stop by to say hello to our resident Black Widow Spider Daphne. This free public program is family-friendly but everyone is welcome. Minors will need a chaperone. Please call 403-529-6225 to register for this program as spots are limited.
