Give to Gain - Time for You is a nurturing 90-minute experience designed to offer something many women rarely receive, intentional time for themselves.

In today’s demanding world, women often carry invisible pressures both professionally and personally. We give generously to others; teams, families, clients, communities, while quietly placing our own wellbeing last. Over time, that imbalance can impact our energy, confidence, and how we respond to stress.

This session gently invites you to pause.

Together, we’ll explore:

• What is currently asking the most of you
• How pressure shows up in both mind and body
• Practical, evidence-based mind–body tools to support calm and clarity
• How to build sustainable energy instead of running on reserve

Just as importantly, this workshop opens space to reflect on your relationship with yourself and what it means to shift from constantly giving, to intentionally including yourself in the equation.

No prior experience is required. Just a willingness to take 90 minutes for you. This workshop welcomes women of all backgrounds, roles, and life stages.

Kate is a leadership coach and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in director-level roles across the UK and New Zealand. Having worked at the sharp end of People & Culture, she understands the realities of leading through change while juggling competing demands.

Known for her warmth and constructive challenge, Kate helps leaders cut through the noise and turn insight into action. She now enjoys a portfolio career spanning leadership coaching, celebrancy, acting, and theatre direction, each role rooted in connection and storytelling.

Purnima is a Yogic Coach supporting career women in perimenopause to improve sleep, stabilise energy, and feel good in their bodies, so they can stay career-focused and live on their own terms.

With 18+ years in the corporate world and over a decade immersed in yoga and Ayurveda, she bridges ancient wisdom with modern leadership demands. She is the founder of Moksha Community, a membership platform supporting women through practical mind–body modalities focused on hormone health, emotional regulation, and steady energy.
