Come join us for a transformative event at Croydon Yoga Hub where we will explore the healing power of Egyptian dance meditation. This unique experience combines the ancient art of Egyptian dance with mindfulness techniques to help you reconnect with your body and release trauma. Through gentle reptitive movements and guided meditation, you will learn to let go of past wounds and create space for healing. No previous dance experience is necessary - just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Join us for this special event and embark on a journey towards healing and self-discovery. I also include a 15 minute soundbath at the end, featuring healing tongs, windchimes and singing bowls.
