Highlights

1) The EFT Tapping Foundation Workshop equips you with foundational skills that you can practice on yourself, for family and friends.
2) The EFT Level 1 Class is a pre-requisite for Level 2 practitioner training that leads to accreditation with EFT International (the world's largest not-for-profit professional association of EFT practitioners, trainers and students around the world.)

3) This training class is also not personal therapy. It is only meant to equip you with a skillset that can help you with improving mental health.

Evelyn Lim is a EFT Tapping International Trainer, Accredited Advanced EFT Practitioner, Transformation Life coach (certified with ICF) and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner based in Singapore. She specialises in helping women with emotional healing, so that they can achieve their life goals a lot more easily. With 10 years of experience in the personal growth and healing field, she has helped clients from various parts of the world.

Evelyn also holds a post-graduate diploma in Counselling Psychology.

She is a mother of two lovely girls and an author of four books (available on Amazon).

"I suffered from chronic pains on my left hand, wrist and fingers for years. When the attacks came, which lasted for weeks, I would have difficulties in opening bottle caps, carrying things and even brushing my teeth comes with lots of pain. My left hand would swell up and feel hot. During such episodes, I resort to taking pain killers and TCM treatments. At the start of my first breakout session during the workshop, my pain level was at a score of 7 points. My hand was still feeling sore, hot and I was not able to turn my wrist. After the 15 mins breakout session, I could feel a slight tingling session but the soreness is still there. At the end of the day, I shared with the group that I was able to turn my left wrist without feeling sore and the heat had reduced slightly. After 1 week of tapping, the pain level is now at a score of 1 point. I still feel slight soreness but the pain had disappeared."
