About the Speaker

Stephen Logue is a business economist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing .

He started his career in marketing with brands like Ski and McVities, running well known household brands and taking responsibility for new product development where he launched 15 new products, some of which won awards.

He was appointed marketing director of Grand Met’s 600 restaurants where he was fortunate enough to win the first Caterer & Hotelkeeper award for the top group marketing campaign.

His market research-led consultancy, Business Blueprints, based in Brighton from 1989 to 2022, advised major organisations in the hospitality industry like JD Wetherspoons, Greene King and Allied Bakeries among others.

In his own right, he owned and operated 15 catering concepts ranging from Sandwich/coffee bars to Greek themed restaurants.

He says; “ I am passionate about inspiring and empowering others to create memorable dining experiences for their customers so that they can make more money, save time and have less stress"
