We will begin by reviewing the basics of tea blending,
ratios, plant choices- through knowing their medicinal properties & of course their flavors!
Then we will discuss & learn about several plants - many of our region, and a few more with specific benefits for us during this transition time from summer to winter.
The evening begins as a lecture with slides, reviewing several plant monographs and specific uses for them -
Following the discussion this event becomes a hands-on workshop where everyone will formulate & create 2 blends for themselves & their family.
Your $40 ticket includes all herbs & materials
& of course Herbal Tea WILL be served & enjoyed while we work!
