Holiday Charcuterie Skills Workshop with Genie Correia, Blithewold Private Events Manager
Just in time for the Holidays! Learn the tips and tricks to creating beautiful food arrangements to tempt and amaze your guests. Genie will demonstrate some of her special techniques and assist you as you assemble a small board of your own to take home. Call them charcuterie, cheese boards, or grazing tables, once you know how to pair foods and use knife, and design skills, you’re on your way to creating delicious works of art of any size for any occasion.
We will be using a variety of foods. Please advise of any allergies. Materials are provided.
Preregistration is required. Each class is limited to 10 people.
