EETR Summer Field Trip 2/2: Wahrani Nature Trails

We haven't done a trail run field trip in a while so here is the second of two opportunities this summer! Making an invite in advance so you can add it to your calendar. On July 19th, instead of a group run at Blue Atlas we are going to be visiting Mike's neighborhood and the Wahrani Nature Trail. Mike has offered to cook breakfast at his house 3 miles away; thank you Mike!
Main details:
* Directions to trail (park here by ~8am): 17485 Eltham Rd, Lanexa, VA 23089
* 8-9:30am: run ~10k, Mike will lead
* 9:45am: Head to Mike's address three miles away (Details tbd)
Hour-by-hour details:
* 7:15am: if carpooling, leave from Blue Altas at 7:15am
* 8:00am: arrive at nature trail
* 8:10am: confirm everyone has arrived and has each others phone numbers, go over route and bail out points
* 9:30am: finish run, drive to Mike's house
* 10:30am: head back to RVA
Other info:
* If you RSVP, start thinking about if you'd like to carpool and from where. You can let us know or write a comment on the event. Then we can decide who can ride together
* Consider bringing extra water/sunscreen/hydration vest
* Will coordinate breakfast details with Mike (TBD)
