Educational Session: A Conversation with Elected Officials

SAVE the DATE: Tuesday, September 29th @ 6:30!! Please join the National Council of Negro Women Inc. Champaign County Section at Bethel AME (401 E. Park Street, Champaign), for an Educational Session: "A Conversation with Elected Officials." Four elected officials (School Board members Justin Michel Hendricks and Lola Jones) and (City Council members Shauna R. Clayborn and Shirese Hursey) will answer questions about their time in office, how they are addressing constituents' needs and how they want to further impact their respective communities. Questions will also be taken from the audience. There will be an opportunity to update your voter registration status, and important resources about the upcoming Midterm Election.
