At Preservation Distillery, they pot distill in micro 1–3 barrel batches with an unwavering commitment to both exceptional whiskey and sustainability. A dream more than half a century in the making, they are proud to be the first and only 100% pot-distilled producer in Nelson County, often referred to as Kentucky’s “Napa Valley” for Bourbon.

We are delighted to have Carly Haycraft from Preservation Distillery & Farm joining us!

We will be tasting:
- Cock of the Walk Bourbon
- Preservation Bourbon
- Old Man Winter
- Very Old St. Nick Winter Maple Rye
- Rare Perfection 8 Year

Please note:

There is a $50 reservation fee for each registrant. When you check in at the seminar, you will be given a $50 store gift card. If you do not attend, you forfeit the reservation fee. Once requested, reservations are final and cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

Also note: Seating for our in-person seminars is limited, and strictly advance reservations are required.

The event will be held upstairs in our Overlook Room, so stairs are required. Restrooms are located downstairs in the store itself.
