Shemika is the Memory Care Director at Carriage Court of Hilliard Senior Living. She has been working with Alzheimer's Disease for over 13 years. She found her passion in Memory Care when she was the Activities Assistant long ago. Since then, she's become a Certified Dementia Practitioner with continued education to ensure her Memory Care Neighborhood has proper training, person-centered care, safety, engagement, and most of all, fulfilling the needs of the residents as they experience the dementia journey.
