Edu-Therapy with Catherine Johnson
Returning Home to Yourself - A journey through Post Traumatic Growth - How to Heal and Thrive, not just survive….
We look forward to welcoming Catherine to Lightways on 18th June 2026.
Catherine will explain how her own experiences in life, led her down a very different path, than the Corporate World she had been used to. She is now a Somatic Edu-Therapist, Stress & Trauma-Informed Coach, Holistic Practitioner and
Spiritual Medium.
Edu-Therapy is an integrative approach that blends therapeutic insight with accessible education, helping people understand their stress patterns, trauma responses and nervous system states. It supports a shift from survival into awareness, regulation and meaningful growth through both understanding and practical tools.
Her approach bridges science, humanity, self-leadership and energetic/spiritual connection, supporting a deeper reconnection to self with compassion and clarity.
This evening offers a compassionate exploration of stress, trauma, healing and hope, with the possibility of growth after adversity.
“A deeply human conversation around survival, self-understanding and what becomes possible when we begin to feel safe within ourselves once again.”
📅 Thursday 18th June 2026
🕰️ 7.30 - 9.30pm (doors open 7.15pm)
💷 Entrance is £5 (payable on the night). This includes refreshments in the break.
We’ll have our usual book 📚 📖 box (donations) and our ‘What’s in a Name’ Raffle at £1 per entry. Proceeds from both go to local charities.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
